I have a solo nephrology/ internal medicine practice. I started the practice myself 13 yrs ago. My practice is busy enough for me now. I still try to have some time in the evenings to be home when my kids are home. It is difficult but I am trying to do my best and hope my children will turn out to be good human beings.
