    • Anne, I know just what you are feeling, I 've seen this happen in a lot of people especially first year resident friends married to non-docs. The unbelievable stress & long hours really take a toll on you, I'd advice you to stick to counselling and wait out till you are done with residency. Family Medicine Jobs in Fremont, California

Family Medicine jobs in Fremont most often list as a requirement Family Medicine board certification (or eligibility) and an active California license to practice medicine. Completing a Family Medicine residency or fellowship in California is advantageous because it implies the physician is familiar with CA BCBS and Medicaid procedures.

Family Medicine salaries for the west region of the U.S., including Fremont, CA, average around $208,996. On the other hand the country's average Family Medicine salary is $197,655, meaning Family Medicine jobs in Fremont pay approximately 105.7% of the national average.

Given the unusual insurance and statutes of California, attention should be paid to issues like insurance premiums.
