Hi, my name is Sandra and I am new to MOMMD. First off I just want to say that I think this website is sooo great. I have been looking for other women in the medical field who are just as confused as little me.:-) Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone has any ideas on advancing in the field. I am 18 years old and a premed student and I work as a clerk/tpist in the RAD dept of a hospital,I hate it. Any ideas on what I can do? I want to work in direct patient care, I have my phlebotomy license but nowhere to practice. Can anyone relate/help please?
