well after a big move (NS to ON) and getting everyone settled, school daycare etc and blowing over $2000 on changing my license etc to ontario I start work next month. Yippeee! To all you SAHM's bless your souls, but the past 4 months have just about done me in. I'm going back part time, just mornings and some call (sooo much less than I had before) but today the office manager from the practice called saying a local nursing home needed a doc for their home of 77 residents, said it would only take 30min a week of my time,
Hahahaha, I know I look young but I'm not that green, (was the doc for a 100 bed home before in Ohio) told him they were WAYYYY underestimating the time commitment and NOPE, this is 3 weeks before I even start work! Ack.
Much easier to take it slow and add on than try and get rid of work later.
