I have to give a talk to a group of female medical students about the issues involved in finding balance between work, family, children, residency, etc. I guess the group's leader thinks I am doing an okay job of it (or I am hiding the chaos well!) but I am looking for resources, stories, articles, literature, etc to add to my own experience so I can give a good lecture. Did you read "It's not the glass ceiling, it's the sticky floor?" It's written for working moms in general but it's written by a physician mom and I identified with almost all of it. It's maybe a little negative about dads but probably pretty close to a lot of working family realities.
