Considering a VA job. Anyone have any advice? Mostly considering it for lifestyle. Sorry this is anon - having a hard time logging in as I just registered. I am a Physiatrist in NJ.

I work at a VA outpatient clinic in primary care. PM me, I'd be happy to answer questions.

Does anyone know if you can combine your active duty military credits with VA service credits for retirement?
Thanks.

I think that you can. When I was at VA orientation there were several people (non-physicians however) who were asking about rolling things over from military to VA retirement.
