My name is Jane Teschner,M.D. I am a physician in practice in AL; I am also a mother whose parental rights have been taken from me by deception and fraud. I am writing to you today in an attempt to get help with this terrible wrong being done to my children and me.

Dr. Teschner, I am afraid this is not the proper avenue to vocalize this particular request. I am sorry for your difficult situation; however, this is not the type of forum you should seek. Please continue to seek legal advice. We provide support for your struggling needs as a physician...but please in the future reframe from such broadcasts in the future.

jtbtmd, I owe you an apology. :footinmouth: To shame you was not my intent. There is much support for you here. I was not sure what your intent was to broadcast such a personal letter to your congress person. I assure you I did not want to make you feel insignificant. As a fellow doc, and dealing with the oppressive demands of our jobs I could not imagine suffering such great pain with the separation of the greatest loves of your life. Know that my prayers are with you.

Hang in there jttmd. I think all of the detail of your letter took us by surprise. But, aside from all of the legal issues, please know that we do feel for you and what you are going through is quite a struggle.

Thanks. Sorry I was kinda mean. I wrote Congressman directly but put letter here to I guess demonstrate my desparation I guess I did that,huh? :boggled: Well I guess I was upset b/c you were right in large part. there was another way I could have presented my problem which might have drawn others to perhaps look at it rather than shock everybody and repel them. Anyway, I am glad I at least finally posted here!

I am glad you are here. You most certainly are welcome. Are you currently practicing medicine? It would seem impossible to do such a thing with all that is going on for your family.
