I sometimes DO feel like an imposter, like the ADCOM made a mistake, and I'm not REALLY going to med school in August!!

You guys help to "keep it real" for me, and I really need that right now. My husband, 2 boys, and "the mothers" are SO supportive of what I'm doing, but I still sometimes feel like I'm 'alone' in this, except for you guys! Even tho the countdown is on, it still feels like med school is 1,000,000 miles away....in reality, it's just around the corner, and so I repeat...

BUMPING for advice for new med students!!

Wow! This is just great advice. I really appreciate it. I alternate between being excited and terrified about starting the first year!

I too alternate from being super excited and terrified to start school. We start in 7 weeks!! Wow! This is really great advice. It's so great to have a place where people are going through the same things as you are. My baby boy will be 1 yr old when I start in August and I have a very supportive husband, but I feel like there is some fear of the unknown in him as well.
