Hello! Is anyone attending the medical school at the University of Florida. My husband wants to move to Jacksonville. I am premed and need to know want the school is like. Do you enjoy it? How are the people, etc.???

I'm a UFla graduate and so far as I know there is no medical school campus there. What you do have is the option of doing is your clinical years there as a University of Florida, Gainesville med student. I believe the Mayo med school also allows 3rd and 4th year students to compelte school at their Mayo campus as well, but I'm not too sure about this. You may want to ask Efex about the Mayo-Jacksonville opportunites.

I wanted to also mention that depending on where you live in Duval county (home of Jacksonville), you could commute to the med school campus iun Gainesville. I had a close friend commute to their Law school because her husband didn't want to give up hs job in Jacksonville.
