My mom said this to me a couple of weeks ago trying to comfort me as I am going through a difficult time.

"Honey, it's the not the end of the world until the sun explodes. You'll be fine"

It's been stuck in my head ever since.

There are several quotes I like to remind myself of in difficult moments. Here goes:
