I have a blood test next Tuesday to see it I ovulated. I am temping and yesterday my temp spiked but I thought it was a little early (cd14) so I was confused and then this morning it dropped to 97.2 which is really low for me. The wacky numbers are kind of freaking me out. Anyone had trouble temping?

mrssd- cd 14 isn't early. it is actually the textbook day for ovulation. are you using ovulator predictor kits or anything? anyway sometimes temps fall back down a bit before they rise and stay up.

well i found out today that this month is not our month!!! frown i am going to try one more month before taking a break. i didn't use the clomid this cycle becuase we were out of town for the holidays and couldnt' get a cd 14 u/s so we couldnt' do it. howveer i will be using it this mnth and hopefully progesterone because my lp was 9d which is a bit short. also when i got pg with my 1st i used progesterone so that is probably the key.

anyway i hate this process but i'm trying to stay positive...

I am temping and using OPKs but I learned (after 5 days using OPKs) that you are not supposed to use 1st morning urine. I read it online but when I read and reread the packet it didn't mention that! Anyway 3 days of OPKs were positive but my temps have been up and down. (98.3 for 2 days and then all the way down to 97.7) I have a blood test tomorrow to see if I have ovulated yet.
I wish I knew more about this reproductive cycle stuff—our curriculum is just beginning to discuss it.
Fingers crossed for all of the other soon-to-be-expecting ladies!

mrssd- actually when to test with opks varies. some say to test late in the afternoone - early at night!! but i'm thinking whenever you geta + is good. good luck with everything!

I have decided not to go ahead with the clomid this month. i do not want to run around to all of those dr. appts and after having one chidl i am of the mindset that if it happens, it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't. we did a lot of babydancing smile and had a lot of relaxation last cycle and i still didn't get pg  so i am about ready to accept that it may notbe meant to be.

My progesterone was 1.0 which means that next cycle (stimulated with progesterone) I will start 50mg of clomid. I was pretty upset about the whole thing but I am trying to be calm and relaxed about it and keep trying. The success of many of the women from this thread is inspiring me.
