Berkely, I sure hope so!

So. I just have this huge instinct that I'm not pregnant. Is that unusual? I guess I just really doubt that our first cycle of Clomid will lead to a child... that would be too simple, right?

I thought I would be obsessing over every possible "symptom" during my 2 week "wait" but I'm not, there isn't anything going on to obsess over! (Besides my path exam, but thats another topic).

So, DrVick, when ya gonna test?!? Hubby and I just concluded that Sunday would be a reasonable, yet early test date. So, thats our goal. I was like "ummm lets test at 9dpo on turkey day" and he really thought that was ridiculous. In fact he countered with, "lets wait till NEXT weekend (like in 12 days!)"... Well, we eventually concluded that he is coping with this by pretending that it just isn't time to find out yet, and I'm coping by assuming we're not pregnant.

How does one keep from going crazzzyyyy?

I was thinking of testing on sunday as well. I am not sure if my period is supposed to come on sunday or monday. If I get a negative i will be sad and I would rather have all day sunday to deal with it , then have to go straight to work and put on a happy face on monday. I am keeping my fingers crossed for us both. I am trying not to obsess, but the thoughts do creep in now and then.

I don't know if I can wait that long. I haven't gotten much better. I was testing day 8 and 9 in the beginning. I am not testing until the day my period is due. I don't know if i have the willpower to wait longer. Childish I know. My luteal phase is always double my ovulation day. If I ovulate day 13 I get my period on day 26 etc. :crossfingers:

I have no idea what my luteal phase is. In fact, not sure if I've ever had a luteal phase before (at least in the realm of time I've been ttc)...

I *think* I'm 7dpo right now... DrVick, aren't you the same?

Can you do a flex spending account or health savings account? I really dont know anything about them, but have heard those words thrown about in my finance class DH and I are taking...

Ok, so in NO possible way is 7dpo reasonable to start having "symptoms", correct?

On a related note: does clomid make PMS-type symptoms stronger? (eg crampiness, chest achiness, etc?).

I think it would be too early for symptoms. I don;t think you get them until implantation, but who knows. Anything is possible. My nurse swears she knew the instant they had sex? Maybe it is a good sign and you are pregnant. I am not sure if clomid makes pms worse.
