I've been pretty quiet on the forums taking time out to raise my girls (now 7 and 5). I was one of the original physicians involved as an advisory board member and I have several articles still on the site.

In 2002 I wrote about my experiences with my youngest daughter, Observing Mother's Day with Renewed Appreciation, available on this site at:
http://www.mommd.com/momsday.shtml

Based on my experiences with my youngest (who is now a healthy 5-year-old), I've started a new resource for parents whose babies are in the NICU, NICU Parent Support Site, http://www.nicuparentsupport.org. Right now, more information is available on the Squidoo site in a series of related lenses, http://www.squidoo.com/nicuparentsupport/

I am in the process of developing an e-Book based on our experiences. The working title is 'My Baby's in the NICU: Now What?'

If there are other physician-former NICU parents, who would be willing to take a look at the book and comment, I would appreciate the input greatly.
