My understanding was that it meant a positive pregnancy test with early loss before a heartbeat is detected. I know this from my own struggle with fertility issues. Anyone with more info, please reply!
Similar to what eeh basically said. It is when you get a postive pregnancy test but begin menstruating a few days later making it difficult to detect miscarriage. I think.
