You might remember my posts about a year and a half ago about a unique job share arrangement I was becoming involved in. Essentially 3 Family Medicine docs were job-sharing and working the equivalent of 2 full-time docs. It has worked very well and our employer supports it because we don't use any more resources than 2 full-time docs (actually we use even less). Well, one of my partners is going almost 100% administrative. So, we need to find a replacement for her quickly. Anyone Family docs interested in an approximately 0.7 FTE position in the greater Albuquerque area, please send me a PM.
