Is it best to use all of the characters to describe your work/activities (1325) or just the basics:

"I tutored undergraduate students in the areas of general chemistry, nursing chemistry, general biology, cell biology, anatomy and physiology."

The time frame is already given. I don't know how much more I can dress that up. Of course, job descriptions are another thing. Help!
