I am just starting to study for my first MCAT attempt. Can anyone recommend a good study guide or course? Any help would be great. Thank you! confused

It really depends on what sort of study skills you have. If you're really self-motivated and can do the work on your own without guidance, forcing yourself to put in the time, then you can buy books from almost any of the prep people and do the work.

If you're good when you have structure, and tend to procrastinate, or would just really like to rely on someone being able to answer questions, then I might advise taking a classroom course.

AS far as differentiating between brands, I haven't heard that anything is awful or that anything was just amazingly good. Go for convenience for you.
