I found it too. It looks like there are only 4 programs and none are in CA. I have a small child and am a single mom and need to stay near family so out of state is not an option. If I was younger and did not have a child I could see doing that.
Having a child, not being married (and when I was, he was useless financially), wanting to stay near family, having debt and a house I can't sell (market sucks and the mortgage/market value are not favorable) are reasons I have not been able to readily make a switch. If I was married and my husband made decent money I would quit and just work part time at local urgent cares until I got it all figured out. That's just not my situation.
