Just want to add that the top three graduates in my med school class were women who had had babies during med school. My first was born on the last day of my last third year rotation. The timing couldn't have been better. Yes, life back then was crazy busy, especially with a spouse in residency, but I am now the mom of 4 kids and looking back, I would not have done it any differently.
