Hello,
I am preparing for the Sept 3 MCAT. I am taking the bottom up approach, that is to start with my weakest subject (physics and the dreaded physical chemistry) and conquer it. My prior MCAT was a 10-9-12-O, VR-P-B-E. This will be my second attempt at med school applications. The first was in another lifetime before kids and divorce and real jobs (medical research as well as yoga instructor and waiting tables).
Are there any other brave and struggling individuals out there determined to make every hour count (having so few to myself)?
I would love to have regular interaction to keep up my pace and stay on task.
I KNOW this is what I want. Now I just need a little help getting it.
motivation with some good humor to keep me moving and grooving.
I seriously do find SOmE topics fun.
my 15 year old is good at explaining forces, vectors and did a great job to set me straight (square root of 2) on sine waves and maximum V or I.
He wants to know what any of this material has to do with being a Dr??? lol me too
I propose timed sessions
PLEASE join me to set "power hours"
then we can review our efforts or resolve problems.
any takers?
seriously, Joann
