Experienced Obstetrician/Mom Seeking Job Share in Southern California
Experienced obstetrician/mom wishes to find another obstetrician interested in a job share opportunity. Ideal candidate would desire work 3-4 days per week with a shared call schedule (half of the call of other members of the call group). Patients would identify one doctor as their provider, but would meet both throughout their pregnancy and therefore benefit from the "two heads are better than one" concept. I have 5 years experience in full range OB-GYN, having worked in medically underserved areas and am comfortable managing most high risk pregnancies. I live in San Diego County currently and am aware of various practice opportunities for a full time OB-GYN. I would like to hear from anyone interested in pursuing the concept of a job-share, as above, and interested in working or re-locating to southern California.
