mamabear... ok, I have been talking to baby and my cervix! I also have dad talk to baby over the phone and tell it to stay put!

When the time does come, you can also try, "open, open, open!" and one that my midwife (CNM) suggested to me to say to the baby, "Hands over heart, chin to chest," as her ideal positioning for birth!!!
