I don't even have kids, and right now there are clothes in various stages of cleanliness all over my bedroom floor, a sink and a half's worth of dishes, paperwork and books all over the living room, and an obstacle course in the hallway where we dumped luggage from our most recent trip. Housecleaning just doesn't happen around here. When we run out of spoons, we do dishes, and when we run out of socks, we do laundry. That's about it. I've decided there are more important things than what my house looks like.
