If anyone knows of any open 4th or 5th year surgery residency vacancies or about when anesthesia residencies at the PGY2 level please let me know thanks.

PGY-3, General Surgery
I think an upper level surgery spot will be VERY hard to come by... most people who drop out or get fired do so in the first couple years. After that the residents tend to stay put. I wish you lots of luck in your search, though! :crossfingers:
