So basically, its been almost 1 year since i finished medschool... and in that past 1 year, i got married, moved to US, went back home to look after my mom-in-law for ~3 months and now I'm back again in the US.

All this while, i've been makin futile attempts at finish studyin for my steps. due to constant interruptions, I've not been able to just get over with it.. ok, if i had a li'l more drive, I could have probably been at a better position..sigh!!

I have to finish my kaplan materials, do my U-world and do the revision..hmmm... O gosh! that reminds me..i have to extend my u world application :eek:

Ok, i'm gonna make a timetable n stick to it:-

By feb 28th- rest of biochem
By Mrch 18th- Path, Pharmac, Micro, PSM
By Mrch 31st- U World
Whole of April- Revision of all subjects with FA
May 6th- Step 1

hmmm... in all that crammin 4 studies..hav totally bcom flabby!

need to lose a few pounds... penning down a few strategies might help me :-

1) Oatmeal with almonds + 1 Egg for b'fast on 5 days a week
2) 8 glasses of water per day
3) No added sugar with tea
4) only an apple/orange as 10 & 12'o clock snacks
5) Single slice brown bread with veggies n lean meat
6) Boiled banana as eve snack
7) No carbs after 7

Workout Regimen:- 5.00 A.M
Mon/Wed/Fri : 15 min aerobics, 30 min JM & 10 min SN
Tue/Thurs/Sat : 10 min yoga &(5 min dance + 3 min pilates)x 6

6-8 a.m : Shower, B'fast n Family time

Start studying by 8.00 A.M

Cooking on most days : 4.30-6.30 pm

Hit bed : by 10.30 p.m

Power to ME!!!!!!!!!!
